WORKSHOP PROGRAM

Artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as one of the most disrupting technologies of our times. In combination with the Internet of Things it is fueling the fourth industrial revolution. Some people even call it "the new electricity". What this means is that AI will have a significant impact on our businesses, society, politics and has the potential to transform the way we live and work.

In response to these technological advances, the University of the Western Cape in collaboration with Howest University College (West Flanders, Belgium) is hosting an interactive and practical workshop (master class) on applying Machine Learning to address real-world challenges.

This workshop is typically aimed at data analysts, software developers, information technologists and computer scientists focusing on data problems.
